*Please note that our activities are happening in the island of Paros. Please know that should you book an activity of ours and not being able to make it due to being in another island, the company is not responsible nor will it offer refunds*
**We recommend booking and organizing your transportation the day before the activity as doing so before the activity may result in not having available transportation, therefore, we are not responsible nor offer refunds if you cannot secure transportation to the activity check point **
*** Please note that due to unpredictable weather, changes may be made for safety reasons on the itinerary to accommodate the passengers and to do so safely. These changes may include: change of stops, change of times, delayed arrivals or departures. Should cancellations be made due to weather reasons or force majure events, you are entitled to a rebooking for another time or refund. ***
Cancellation policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Should customers decide to cancel less than 24hrs away from the start time of the boat tour, they will be charged 100% of the pricing for the activity, meaning no refunds will be issued.
Please note that sicknesses such as but not limited to: food poisoning, headaches, fever symptoms or else, will not be considered as an exception for refund
